In this 6-session class you will learn to clearly explain your product, service, or experience to earn trust or inspire action. You’ll learn to communicate with authenticity and purpose. This course focuses on the power of storytelling as a tool for persuasive communication and effective public speaking. Just a few of the skills you’ll learn:
Create and deliver a story that sticks - about who you are and what they do
Find compelling material from your own professional/personal journey
Present in a way that feels nature, unrehearsed and engaging
Plus many more public speaking skills, through an interactive, active participation teaching model.
Instructor: Jerome DeRoy is CEO/Lead Trainer, Narativ, Inc. He is also a professional member of the nonprofit, Storytellers of New Mexico and has told stories twice on the Duke City Story Slam (DCSS) stage.
