Community Bridges - East Mountain Tales is a storytelling series held intermittently throughout the year at Blue Feather Healing & Growth Center in Edgewood, New Mexico. Storytellers and listeners from both the East Mountain and larger Albuquerque communities gather to share stories in the magical space of Blue Feather Healing & Growth Center (95 NM-344, Edgewood, NM 87015). Stories include fairy tales, myths, folk tales and personal stories. Each evening includes both featured tellers (usually on a theme), along with open mic opportunities for audience participation. All are welcome to come, share and listen. Tellers are asked to limit stories to 10 minutes, in order to allow space for others to tell. Specific events are featured on the STNM calendar and also in the monthly email update to our large listserv.
