Join Farmington tellers for a monthly Story Swap - on the third Saturday of the month!
This month’s theme: Scary Stories.
What’s a Story Swap? A story swap is a lovely opportunity for folks to gather with the simple purpose of sharing stories together, without judging, just for the pure love of story and of community. Gatherings are often facilitated by a moderator, who may monitor the time so that everyone who wishes to tell has that opportunity. All in all, it’s a lovely way to hear stories, get to know others and hone your storytelling skills.
The group is facilitated by former Farmington Children’s Librarian and STNM Board Member, Flo Trujillo.
Want to Attend? Storytellers from others areas of New Mexico are invited to help anchor each month’s gathering, in exchange for overnight lodging and a warm welcome from the Farmington Community.
Free and open to the public.
